However long you "think" its going to take double it (Quadrouple in my case) However much you "think" its going to cost - double it + 50% x Fudge factor + Fussyness + OCD = from SWMBO However much grief you are going to get off the other half - Double it at least That said it is extreamly rewarding - well thats what I keep telling myself anyway

  12. I would say it was'nt is says 25 micron filtration and internally it just looks like a normal filter (like a fibre) to remove vapour like you would get from Machine Mart etc If its a coalescating it should have like a foam filter in ?
  13. Oil in your tyres is not good, if you can get as much out as you can for a airing up etc. Coalescating filter is really required to do this properly. There are some pics of mine/details in my build linky below.

  15. 200Tdi Flex plate access/ bolts is in via the starter motor aperture....which is a git on its own to get out

It happens.....I've had several Still cant see the end of mine TBH, but I found having an idea of what's todays/tonight task is has helped and then go do it, no more getting into the garage and then spending a hour thinking what to do Chin up chap......it will get finished - well that's what I keep telling myself anyway

  18. There's some picture in my build thread, no reason why that could not be done on the side ! I used a early 90 and needed a filler at the rear, the complete opposite of what you need

  22. Torx screws filled in with J B weld , As mike says if you can take all the time in the world if you need to, its a faff I know , but cheaper than good doors
