  1. Surely there's a minimum age for dogs preparing and serving food. They should at least wait until they're adult. Mo
  2. The Indians also built the Lambretta Grand Prix models after the Italian factory switched production to the Mini. They were truly awful quality. I know, as I had the misfortune to buy one new. Many county brand pattern replacement parts were made in India and we all know what complete **** they were. Mo
  3. Check that the fuses and the fuse holders are all clean (read shiny). The older ones like ours with glass fuses are susceptible to a bit of oxidation. A good clean up will often solve many mystery electrical problems. HTH Mo
  4. Yes, I admit it It's so big that I had to buy a little land rover to make me feel more normal. Mo
  5. Dew [Mo scratches head], how on earth did you almost get stuck ? Mo
  6. Shoo, away with you 110 barge owners, this is a 90 thread. There's nothing for you here, go on, be gone. Mo
  7. MOG, will you be kitting it out as an ambulance/camper then ? Mo
  8. I'm confirming for that November date. Don't you have to help wash up and stuff in youth hostels ? It might be wise to take some women if that's the case Mo
  9. I saw lots of evidence of this, this week whilst laning in Surrey and Hants. It's large scale and heavy damage. Effin' diabolical Had I seen anyone playing I would have been more than happy to have filmed and reported them. Mo
  10. I have a nice shiny stainless tank, no rust for me Mo
  11. Are you sure the head gasket is not blown and pressurizing the crankcase thus forcing the oil out. My 300 turbo is on a 300 but whistles nice and loud with no apparent side effects. Mo
  12. Far easier to put a Tdi in it, easier to fit and much easier for parts. Mo
  13. Great pics Michele, and the Landy is looking very nice now Mo
  14. I didn't realise you were from one of the ethnic minorities, Martin ! Mo
  15. Oh bugger, that must have been awful ! Keep an eye on eBay. Thieves have been caught trying to sell stuff on. Good luck. Mo
  16. Peter, David at Llama 4x4 does all manner of fancy brake hoses, might be worth a ring. Paul Wightman also does or used to do bespoke brake flexis too. Mo
  17. Is that before or after you fit it, Ralph :) Mo
  18. I think that they're more for off road Steve Mo
  19. Spent 3 days there, everything got wet and muddy but the Mrs., the dogs and I had a good time. Marking out of camping emplacements is a vast improvement. Plenty of carrymores around for rubbish. Much better. Cleaners struggled to keep up with the muddy toilets but did their best. I think numbers were down due to the weather, I think we'd have seen far more people had we been in a heatwave. I thought that there were plenty of dealers, the missing ones were the non-landy ones, which in my opinion is a blessing. I think it's completely unfair to judge and slate the show on the basis of a two hour visit on Friday morning. It is and always has been far more than a trade fair, it has a huge social side to it too. Those who went and made the best of what they had and the circumstances they were in and still had a good time are what the show is all about Just my tuppenceworth Mo
  20. I got the warning lights Callum, for the plugs If you need a warning light unit I have a couple of spares. The illuminated controls are just that, a bulb each side shining through translucent panels. Another forum member got the speedo. Mo
  21. Thanks chaps Forgive my ignorance but the laptop takes 14.8v, will 15v be ok ? Mo
