  1. all steel fabrication = sounds bloody heavy, main question would be whats it hiding underneath? in regards to the seats, id rather those than plastic or aluminium seats simple because id rather not have a broken back, alloy or plastic seats suck unless your planning on imitating a boat
  2. if you break down the component cost its not that bad a deal, depending on what gearbox combination your planning to use, the adapter on its own is 800+v, yes you can use the cobbled together P38 bellhousing option, yes its cheaper, but only if you can get the bellhousing & parts, you still have to assemble the box which then becomes a combination of parts, plus the clutch is a bit small so it slips
  3. id strongly suggest changing the starter motor, they can cause EMF interferance which gives a noisy crank sensor signal, it can also cause an extended cranking period
  4. first picture has aircon, second picture is there competition bumper

  9. the plain lead in "should" assist in not cross threading the fitting, however ive normally gone for the longer non lead in version personally, 2nd point i would believe that is correct, However, as much as i like the idea of doing them in brass, £1+ each a fitting, f that, ill continue to use the plated fittings at 50 for £12, ive never had any issues with them corroding away like cackshifter is suggesting, either way each to there own
  10. youre progressing much better than i am with these axles im building, not sure if its just the angle of the picture but the axle casings look very narrow,

  15. this is the start of the slippery slope, before long you have jumped to 37" tyres, twin lockers, twin winches & then promptly buried it way beyond the reach of any of your mates to come & help you, did this at drumclog & i think we had 6 vehicles all stuck trying to get to me, to get mine unstuck
  16. appears to be a brazilian company, there main axle products appear to be dana 60/70/80 style with a reasonable price point, altough they seem to use a lot of inhouse products rather than known branded components
  17. i believe @NRS91nick steggel was selling them before fourby, https://stegs4x4.co.uk/product/dynamic-timing-advance-spacer-kit/ However i believe they are a timing spacer rather than a governer speed spacer like the OP is trying to do,
