    I ordered my Richard's chassis on Wednesday and it was delivered the following Monday.

    Not the best layout but really worth while. We were intending to camp but we were ill so stayed at home; hopefully going to camp next year.

    I'm looking at a side cupboard on the rear near side for a small gas bottle. The door would be nice and cheap using your link but do they make the inside piece? Paddocks sell a terrafirma model but they are £300!!!!!!!!!!!! Any ideas?

    If you need the cash put them on fleabay otherwise rap them up in a rag and leave them in the man cave.

    That is a real tidy job, well done. I was thinking about something similar for the area behind the near side rear wheel.

    What condition are the catcher plates in?

    Are the turbo and intercooler hoses ok? I ask as I had a similar issue which turned out to be a damaged one.

    Get a decent swingaway carrier - some on fleabay second hand for less than a ton.

    Standards ones fit in the lower half of the dash at either end.

    If you buy a new chassis ask for a 300 model and bolt the 200 motor in.

    I painted mine in hammerite - it was fine for three years but then dulled and won't polish back - next time I'd use a different paint and put it on by hand.

    Don't you have any in the dash?

    Try spraying some wd inside the stalk. Also have you checked the horn for a +ve feed - then you can eliminate the switch or horn.

    If it's a 200 check the state of your air filter in case oil is moving through it and dripping out of the grommet.

    70mm high must be the right ones.................

    yep, 298 x 14mm just need to check the offset.

    Before you fit them can you post the measurements so I can confirm I have the right ones for when I do the conversion? Not sure if mine are 90 or 110 ones. Diameter of disc Thickness Depth from end to end
