  1. Im not 100% clear on what you mean?
  2. Bummer. Well that beng the case and the 90 absolutely must go, i wouldnt do a quality refurb just to get rid. As mentioned already a quick tart up and flog..
  3. Yep Jon is spot-on with his diagram. I have just dropped my crossmember off to get welded up. Everyday is a schoolday as i didnt realise the RRC/disco chassis was so much shallower than the defenders until i compared the disco crossmember against my defender td5 one....
  4. Now now Greg. Behave yourself. The answer is simple. Surely a man of your calibre can keep the 90 AND get a disco.......
  5. I hope your right Bowie, i really do. Time will tell i guess..
  6. ^^^^ agreed ^^^^ Far more likely than a rugged, fix-in-the-field, cheap to repair modular vehicle. Even though it saddens me to say it
  7. I use Peltor ear defenders when shooting. They are very good
  8. I agree totally, theres no reason it COULDNT be modular - i just seriously doubt it will be unfortunately. Mainly due to manufacturing costs. The more bolts/fixings you have, the more man hours it takes to assemble. Also if only the outer front wings are modular why bother? Sods law dictates that if you can easily unbolt/replace the wings you can guarantee they will be the only bits to escape damage lol
  9. Yeah if your doing 38 diffs in 1 day, a battery gun will not be your friend....
  10. It will definately not be modular. Thats the very reason i wont be buying one no matter what it looks like. Start twatting it off trees while green laning and it will be £eeeek to repair. It wont be a case of simply unbolting a wing panel or a roof panel and replacing... And with that being the case whats the difference to buying latest discovery......
  11. What would make them better quality than llama?
  12. ^^^what Ross said^^^ Get llama to do you a set. Im actually thinking about this just now as well. Not because im worried about the copper pipes failing, but because its easier to carry out caliper maintenance.
  13. Recieved this stainless exhaust from Rimmers. Cant comment on the fit as i havent attempted to offer it up yet, but im unsure about the finish. There appears to be a "step" in places where the tubes interface with the flanges. Will this even matter once gaskets are fitted? Whats the opinions of this?
  14. I thought that the KO2 was the new design..
  15. He says narrowband in post... Ahem. Could it be something to do with the non-standard injectors? I'm just throwing that out there. Maybe sweet fanny adams to do with that.. I just wish I was at your stage lol.
  16. The BBC with all its smear campaigning etc would have us believe it's too close to call, but in reality I haven't spoken to a SINGLE person who is in favour of us remaining within the EU. Regarding its impact on LR fans, and indeed all motorists, surely the lack of ever-tightening emissions laws will surely make motoring cheaper? Binning of DPF's anyone..........
  17. Nothing wrong with a bit of vigilantism. As Clint Eastwood says "Nothing wrong with a little shooting....... So long as the right people get shot......." ?
