  1. If I had any space here I would offer it to you but sadly I don't . I will have a think and get back to you.
  2. I might have the issue... I will have a look when I get home. Can't promise anything as I dont buy every issue of LRO.
  3. my truck has the washer pipe wrapped around the heater pipes . But I did wonder about trace heating after using it on a pipeline at work .
  4. I don't have it plumbed in... might be an idea, I dont know if the pump thats there will work (washer bottle and pumps not a LR part). I think mine were from a Peugeot 405
  5. No worries at all about using my picture . I would recommend the on-the-wipers option. Its great and gets the water straight where its needed. Somewhere down the line I want to put a slightly bigger pump in, just so there is a bit more flow.
  6. Our old D2 was the same. The step was very rusty!!
  7. I think if I was to build something like this (and I'd love too) I'd go with building the chassis from scratch. If you think about what little of the chassis is going to be kept and used, I can't imagine a lot will be kept?
  8. If the vehicle is bouncing rather than sagging, some new dampers are going to be more use .
  9. It was you Jeff, so I knew I would be in for a laugh
  10. I think its a great idea, and something I would love to see work . I would have thought that it would need SVA/IVA because there are still alterations to the chassis and axle configuration. But I dont know for sure. Can't wait to see something come out of this
  11. Is that all you need TJ, or do you want a full VIN? I assume the VIN will be on the chassis and the brake servo?
  12. If it helps TJ, I should be able to get a VIN from a friends 300tdi?
  13. I think the LT95 is a vacuum operated centre diff
  14. He should do. LT95 was the old one-piece gearbox and transfer box in the early RR and 101s 4 speed.
  15. What is your reasoning/need to fit 24 spline shafts? Will help everyone give the best advice
  16. Doesn't need a paint job, it looks great as it is . Great colour for a 110. Landy-novice, what colour would you paint it? Pink?
  17. It is. They are pretty savvy with keeping their site updated, so I'm sure they would have changed it if it was wrong
  18. Does it make the knock when you come on and off the accelerator relatively quickly? I would look at the backlash in the diffs, and this was what gave me an intermittent knocking. (if you dont know, its the gap between the pinion turning and it moving the crownwheel ).
  19. A genuine 200bhp is harder to achieve than most of the companies make out.
  20. If it was me I would be using it as an excuse to look at more fancy ones .
  21. That is excellent news . Still, I'm away in wales that weekend.
  22. You tried holding it towards 2nd and lifting the clutch ever so slowly until it drops in?
  23. I had very similar symptoms with a very very low charge battery .
