i used to respray plant (diggers) and we didn't use any thinners just warmed the paint up with an old tea earn i use it at 60psi

from what i can see from the pic i would say you are moving the spray gun too fast try to slow down a bit when i spray i use 3-4 500w lights (or summer sun) and as you spray you need to look for the shine once you've seen it you'll know what i mean if your rollering it on you may want the paint thinner but is a bugger for running be for putting any more paint on you'll need to rub it down as i think you'll have lost your key

i run my 110 on heavy duty spring it is hard when not towing but not too bad mine hasn't got ARB fitted but dont think it rolls much at all

cant think it would give you any truble i've run mower gearboxes on it there ment to have EP90

i'd go down the second hand door route and get it sprayed the right color i made a claim 3years ago i had P.N.C my premium didn't go up at all

indicators now fixed a new hazared switch fix that theres was only one wire there, i have also run a new earth from the loom to the main earth on gearbox
