Popular Post Stellaghost
What a carry on, all day and not much to show for it, but the next one should be easier.ย Trying to fit front shocks, tried always to keep shock body under wings but to no avail, try as I might steering components will not stay out of my way, so shock top will be through wing but under bonnet so will not be seen So started with a cad templateย To make a metal templateย Then a fake shock body with spherical joints at closed shock centre'sย some 6mm box section cutting and folding upper shock tower false one for size Some backing plate for additional strengthย real shock tried for size, got it compressed with the assistance of some small pull lifts this is about where I want it to be regards Stephenย

Thanks Still got all droop etc to check, that's why nothing is fully welded yet just in case stuff has to be reconfigured, nowt worse than cutting off after fully welding. The reservoir is just cable tied there for out of the way convenience although it will probably stay there but held with a purpose made clamp regards Stephen
