Hi Lewis,

Many thanks in your continued interest in Plasma Winch line.

I treat all enquiries with the utmost importance and am happy to supply you 96mm Plasma @ £100 per ft.

As this is a slightly unusual size for this particular application you will appreciate I must treat it as a special order and take full payment in advance.

It is not my normal practice to publicise prices on a forum, however you did use this vehicle to ask for your quote.

I await you cheque for £10,000 + VAT & delivery at cost prior to importing your order from the USA.

FYI,

I have just been told by Puget within the last few minutes that very shortly they will be in a position to produce a 192mm Plasma, perhaps you would prefer to wait for that!

Kindest regards,

Andy Thomlinson.

Sense of humour?

I live in Scotland.

I am the custodian & have Power of Attorney for Portal Bob.

I also own a C3 Corvette Stingray 1973.

I organise 4x4 Winch Challenge events.

The day job means I have to deal with Accountants day in day out!

Did I say - I live in Scotland?

I would have thought a sense of humour was vital to my survival.

Just to be a fashion monster, could I have blue please?

Les.

Sorry les, there are a couple of ruftracks colours we can't have- Yellow (because a certain 4x4 supplier in devon uses that exclusively) and blue (because Plasma Blue, sounds and looks a little familiar to Amsteel Blue)!

Since so few have expressed a colour preference, can I put in a vote for Yellow - ideally a nice JCB yellow?

Mostly on visibility grounds - and that nobody currently seems to use it whereas green/blue are commonplace.

Down side is it would be invisible against my 90!

I think you can only get Yellow from D44.

Hi All,

Let me clear up the colour issue for you all.

1. Yellow is not available as I supply this exclusively to Devon 4x4.

2. Purple is the normal colour I import and is usually in stock.

3. Orange was used for supplying the G4 Land Rover vehicles, it is not exclusive to them

and I have supplied this colour when asked. I occasionally keep this in stock,

but not always.

4. Puget will supply other colours to special order and need about 6-8 weeks lead time for it to get to the UK.

5. Blue is not an option as it is used by another manufacturer, and named in the products description.

If/when this order is placed I will discuss the various options with the person placing the order - please also bear in mind that as this is a somewhat unusual situation, for a bulk order on behalf of a number of individuals, payment will be due prior to despatch.

Regards,

Andy Thomlinson.
