dailysleaze
For any of you that know this vehicle, it's up for sale: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270752415616&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT It's rarer and better spec than a Camel. Can't think this opportunity would arise ever again! Must buy a lottery ticket tonight

Retroanaconda
It was parked in the woods, Dan and his wife (and new child!) were down for the weekend to have a few beers with the guys.
Hybrid_From_Hell
Why so much for what is an odd colour heavy spec add on 97 110 ? (oh and the magic "Wolf" badge,............. is that really it ? ) For £25,000+ I'd expect something really special ? Nige
western
Why so much for what is an odd colour heavy spec add on 97 110 ? Nige 1 of only 6 to that spec, original built for a Ranulph Fiennes expedition that didn't proceed, LR used them or some for the 50/50 challenge a few years ago. landroversforever
If I had £25k I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Lovely truck
Retroanaconda
I guess because of the rarity of the build as Ralph says. Plus it's not like every other 'expedition ready Defender' that Nene Overland or whoever have knocked out, it's a proven vehicle that has actually driven 35,000 miles around the world! dailysleaze
I think it's one of those "if you have to ask you'll never understand" sort of things. To me it's the rarity, the uprated spec and the kudos of being linked to Ranulph Fiennes (the god himself). I was aware of the expedition as it was happening and it drove through Belize in the only month I wasn't there - gutted! Good luck to whoever has that kind of cash lying around... markyb
must admit not my colour , cuppa tea for that money and no bids might suggest the feeling is similar in the landy world

Each to their own and god bless those who follow their hearts and not the crowd I say.

Ruuman
Must admit, in photo's I didn't like the colour, but after seeing it in person thought it looked great. I would have snapped it up if I had the money. I guarantee it's a better vehicle than a puma in every way.
