I have a 200Tdi repower kit flyer at home, I will add a photo when I get home from work later, it has a photo of the gold painted block on it, my engine was factory fresh in 1994, so that's good enough for me.
Thinking about replacing my steel fuel tank because it's weeping from bottom face, with a Td5 plastic tank, my galvanised Marsland chassis has the brackets for it as far as I can tell.
Is this change feasable? I don't mind if the filler neck has to be change, but will I need the Td5 pick up pipe or can I keep the current side sender/pickup pipe?
NATO Number is for military use, everything in military service gets a NATO numbered,it's formed of a 4 digit prefix which relates to a supply branch, a country of origin code ((UK is 99) last 7 is the actual item
AJ was normally issued to RAF vehicles, before the system was centralised.
On mine we made a hole large enough to get the 2 nuts on their bolts & get a ring end of a spanner on the nuts, then closed with a suitable sized grommet & sealant
Years ago a friend & myself replaced the sill channels on my 110CSW with 50x30x3mm rectangular box, we made access holes for the front bolts & sealed them with sealant & a grommet, rear we used dome plastic rectangular caps, B post is spot welded to the sill.
He has fitted the td5 loom, the door switches are earth for the interior light, I have the interior light in my 110 & it's wired to operate off the dash switch & the switch in the light unit,
