CwazyWabbit
That may have come to nothing as he was advertising again after that Ross.
Bowie69
Probably giving him a cut to allow him to advertise.

Anderzander
Excuse my naïveté - but how do people like this just keep getting away with doing the same thing over and over ?
reb78
I can't help but think the same thing ^^^^
landroversforever
It's ridiculous. The chap that used to run No Fear off-road and is now trading as everything Land Rover is selling stuff that's far too cheap, it's obviously not legit. Yet people are jumping at the chance to buy it. CwazyWabbit
What's the going rate for a bulkhead?
landroversforever
Well when I was looking around at them, £225 would have bought me something needing some welding! It was £350+ before they were mint.
Anderzander
Is it not though, also that whoever pays for it will be unlikely to get it - or at least get something matching that description ?
reb78
Is it not though, also that whoever pays for it will be unlikely to get it - or at least get something matching that description ? You would think, but their ebay feedback isnt actually bad!
Ozzy50
EBay feedback can be doctored though ,it's not a complete guide to a sellers legitimacy. If someone is willing to put the time and effort into being a professional crook then they can usually work their way round the system . supaimpy
Ebay feedback will only cover the quality of the product, sometimes the service, but not the source of the product and its the source that we are all doubting as much as the service
MrS
It's common knowledge they have broken stolen vehicles before.
western
just seen this on one of the LR facebook groups -- LAND ROVER Owners Spares Department --- from Edward Barrington himself setting the record straight ----------- Edward Barrington Hello. Thank you for giving me a chance to explain john. I used to work for my dad but I now trade on my own as I did not agree with the way my dad conducted his business. I changed my name for personal reasons however a part of the decision to change my name was so people stopped comparing me to my dad. They say you can chose your friends but not your family - unfortunately my dad has used my name to open various companies as he is unable to do so himself, when I worked for him I had no control over anything he did which sadly has given me a bad reputation. He started this when I was just 18 & I didn't know better. Now I am trading on my own I am trying to start fresh and separate myself from my dad. If you buy parts from my company you are more than welcome to collect the item on the other hand I can post items out. I am looking for a second chance so please don't comment if you are going to be hateful. Thank you again John for giving me the chance to explain.
reb78
It's common knowledge they have broken stolen vehicles before. Ah, I'm not justifying them, just pointing out that to the non suspecting, that ebay page could make them appear fine.

landroversforever
I hadn't seen that post. And I did make a quip about him being no fear off-road. Which he denied so I posted a screenshot of his FB with his stickered up P38.
