Boiler suit

Hmmm .

My neighbours dog has got poo all over my boiler suit and my wife won't let me put it in the washer .....

So, where can I get a nice new cotton boiler suit ? All the ones in the local workwear shops seem to be selling shiny polyester type stuff ....

Lol - brilliant.

The jet wash idea is a good one - but I couldn't wear it. It's proper gag material.

It's a sheep dog and it was one of those dragging the bum things ....

I'll see what response I get about a pre-wash ....

Must admit though, I fancy a new one now though ...

I wear a john deere one all day everyday and can't complain, they do set on fire occasionally and the Velcro seems to fall off every time they go for wash but I suspect they are dipped in a vat of battery acid or similar.

Will.

My garage opens into a shared yard, I was finishing a job in the dark. Took the boiler suit off and left it on the floor .....

The stuff on the outside was with the dog dragging his bum. But some must have got on my shoe earlier, which came off on the inside when I pulled the suit off over my shoe ..

Not pleasant.

Not strictly what you asked for but I highly recommend my Dickies quilted boiler suit - it's great for these cold evenings in the garage

Currently looking for similar over here now, good call!!!

Hate the polycotton things with a passion, two sessions welding and grinding and they are fit for the bin!

Been looking for leather apron with thigh chaps but every google search takes me to random S&M and bondage gear :moglite::moglite::moglite:

Loads of great advice - thank you.

I've done stage 1. The pre-wash. It seems to have done quite well, cold day here for using a hose mind.

They are outside soaking in there 2nd bucket of boiling water and washing powder.

Searching online for the Welding boiler suits lead me to these too, which look pretty good ...

Have you tried a farmers type place if you have one near you-as the local to me mole valley farmers do boiler suits for less than £20 and they're good enough to weld in too

And Nigel have a look here mate: http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_trksid=p2050601.m570.l1313.TR1.TRC0.A0.Xwelders+apron&_nkw=welders+apron&_sacat=0&_from=R40

Hope this helps?
