Sorry to upset but I have both metric and imperial bolts in stock as the 110 is imperial (yes it is that old) and 45 is metric both have 12 point heads. The only way to check for certain is to remove a bolt.
As to plumbing it is possible to fit the entire twin line system including servo. I have the disco twin line system on 45 but the bias valve needs to be a 90 item. You could link the brake line ports this used to be done on minis when fitting metro 4 pot calipers. You could buy a braided hose that had a link pipe to the second port. It will give you longer pedal travel though.
If it was me I'd just use the correct calipers there is no real advantage of disco/rangey calipers over 90 ones. If you want an upgrade then 110 calipers are what you need.

What axle and what half shafts? It doesn't sound to excessive especially if you have separate drive flanges. I'd expect a little less with solid end half shafts.

The B post is the same as the station wagon I believe but completely different from hard top or pick up. The B post, cill and lower half of the C post are all one bit on the SW and double cab.

I had this issue with a 200tdi and lt77 (disco units) years ago. Turns out land rover made a different spigot bush for retro fit 200tdi into v8 range rover. This spigot bush has the same external diameter but the internal is smaller hence it doesn't fit a diesel gearbox. It took me ages to find out this spigot even existed as there's very few people aware of it.

Really! I bet you don't.
As per last year for these events we are allowing non road legal trucks (subject to a few rules) see www.shirelrc.com for details.
Mike

Oh and I got made redundant but found a new job straight away with a company that restores fairey power boats.
Speaking of which I must change a uj on the pto shaft of the 525.

Moved house, ended up with a single garage instead of a double, my ibex is in storage still and I only managed one days work on it and I've barely had time to keep up with maintenance on 45 and the 110. Here's to an interesting new year.
Mike
I have freelander seats in my ibex the only way you could fit them in a defender is to remove or heavily modify the seat box. Fridge is correct the runners are at different heights and extremely difficult to alter. However I do have disco 1 seats in our 90 and they were relatively easy to make fit.

All vehicles after 98 are required by law to have eu approved towing equipment. So either fit it and hope it doesn't get picked up or buy one that is e marked.
Mike
The other thing to try if you can is a different gauge I spent weeks chasing a fuel gauge problem it would move but not read correctly. In the end I tried a different gauge problem solved.
Mike
If I remember correctly on the sender there are two connections plus the earth one is for the gauge and the other is for the low fuel light they work in opposition to each other so try swapping to the other terminal.

With the best will in the world I did ladoga on standard spring and shocks with 33's. In fact the only reason it has a lift now is because I fitted a fairy 525 and needed longer stiffer springs to cope with the weight which then caused the back to rub so I did the same there.
Mike
Was your 303 full bodied original or did it have a flat bed if the later surely you can register it as a flat bed then the camper pod is just a load especially if you use two flat beds one as is the other with a camper body attached. Failing that can you register it as a chassis cab.
Mike
It sounds to me your dampers are tired or your springs are to soft for towing. I run slightly stiffer springs (and standard dampers) as I do a lot of towing, granted they do hinder articulation off road a little but not enough to worry about. The X deflex may help but pm simonr on here designed them so can give you some insight as to how helpful they will be.
