Gazzar
Lots of demountable panels, modular roof. Stuff I don't understand: no leaf springs?! Automatic transfer box, rock crawler gear, various ride heights. Lots of evidence of off road thinking in the design talk. But, I suspect, lots of electronics and other vulnerabilities. Interesting....

Even the Ineos offering will have to have electrickery in it, just to meet current regs. I like the Bronco, but it is a lifestyle vehicle still, just with more off-road pretension than the Pretender.

Some are well designed for longevity, with failure prone components easily accessable, and a limp home mode. Good documentation and access to diagnostics at reasonable cost also help. SteveG
Whether it comes here probably depends on if Ford plans to sell it in India. If they do, then that will justify RHD version and so it may come here. Edited July 14, 2020 by SteveG

And probably not for a few years.

Australia already take the Ranger in RHD form, what with no vehicle manufacturing going on there any more, it has weirdly made it more likely we will get RHD versions of yank cars, the Mustang is a prime example.
