Some interesting guesses but the actual number is... 2080kg With the balance being slightly towards the rear. The ground around the scales made it hard to be accurate but it's close to 1200kg rear / 900kg front. I reckon that compares fairly well with a green bible factory kerb weight of 1800kg, with the balance as 990 rear / 815 front. Also means SteveD is closest at 2100kg. B reg 90 Posted April 29, 2009 Share Posted April 29, 2009 It's worth while asking if the weigh bridge has been claibrated recently. We used one on a farm that turned out to be wayyyyy out. Then used on that had been calibrated the week before. Some thing like 150 KG differance between the calibrated and the dodgy one. Anyway - your car is weighed every MOT At what point does the vehicle get weighed? not on the rolling road, as that's a brake efficiency/balance check. Les.
