LR90
Well a whole year has passed since Les and Geoff opened the doors to our shiney new independent forum. Maybe a little grubbier now from all the mud and ep90 we've brought in but as the membership has grown over the year I believe it's got even better here. Thanks Steve. I haven't grown up yet either, and I think it's too late to start now. But alas the young things stopped looking at me decades ago. sigh, oh the memories. Hybrid_From_Hell
Cheers to Les Geofff TC and Trev A year since Richard Green did what he did and caused the LRE Forum to close - without the aboves efforts this site would not exist, in a way RG did us a favour, but prob not himself any as a result ! So, As the other say : And Happy Birthday lr4x4.com Nige
Les Henson
Just a few nostalgic reminders of the collapse of LRE, and the rise of the Phoenix that is this site: "The Land Rover Enthusiast Forum is temporarily closed for maintenance. We hope to be back online as quickly as possible. Forum Administator" And why:- =http://forums.lr4x4.com/index.php?showtopic=421]http://forums.lr4x4.com/index.php?showtopic=421 Can't find the ridiculous statement that Richard Green made as to the reason for the forum closure, it was something along the lines of you regular posters being trouble-makers or something, but Bogmonster and others interpretated it more truthfully! Les.

Mark
Well, I turned 27 last weekend if it is any comfort to anyone... It has been an interesting year, let see what happens next.... Cheers Mark
BogMonster
Bogmonster and others interpretated it more truthfully! Hmmm, can't remember that exactly. Did I interpret it with a sentence including the words "Green" and another one that sounded quite like "anchor"? I wonder how many subscriptions they lost as a result of that error? pugwash
yeah top first year- best forum i've come across bar none. Great mix of friendly people, tecchy people, funny people and slightly strange people (now you all have to work out which one you are- i'm firmly in the last group!) Happy birthday LR4x4 (on and happy birthday bill too)
