Gary, your pipes and washer jets are probably full of the same gunk from the tank. Time to clean out or just replace.
The other connectors are headlamp levelling and the alarm sounder.

And you'll probably need to reconsider your gearing with 37" tyres, it'll almost certainly be too high. So budget for a 1.6 transfer box or series ring and pinions for the diffs.

Should be fitted to the wheel when made. I'm not aware of replacements available.
It may be easier to source a another wheel rather than the prongs. There are are still plenty about.
The prongs are available separately for late wheels but I'm not sure if they'll fit the old 4 spoke wheel.

Yup, they will only fit to the defender casing.
Don't throw the discovery steering pump away if you swap to defender set up. The pulley can be pulled along the shaft to line it up with the crank and secondly the return pipe spigot (which will foul the chassis leg) can be removed, sealed and relocated to the back of the pump casing using solder and a 15mm domestic copper elbow. Saving loadsamoney.

Stephen,
You'd also need Defender injection pump brackets and injector pipes.
I'm sure the alternator and power steering pump brackets will swap straight over.
I have heard that 19j and 200 tdi timing cases are the same but I've never seen them side by side to confirm that.

Sam,
Have you tried putting round shims between the wing and the chassis mounts to stop it twisting ?
Regarding the nearside bulkhead / wing fit, can you not lower the front of the wing ?

At least 200 Tdis and earlier are safe from this Land Rover nonsense.
Interesting that now that they've stopped building it that it never stops improving.
