Keeper96
As above... Sitting bored is far to expensive with eBay and the amount of stuff you can bolt on to defenders lol Jamie

robertspark
Does it bring you happiness in life? Whether it's tinkering, modding, tarting or just driving it then the cost is secondary as you probably would have spent it on something else, or you could save it for the headstone and box fund and I mean really what do you really want to spend it on that? Forget the cost and enjoy it / doing what you do with it Work to live <-> live to work? You choose Rob

Boydie
my Disco cost me $10,000 - since then I recon I'm about $40,000 out of pocket with possibly another $10,000 to go.
Retroanaconda
Better invested in a useful and practical vehicle that is enjoyable to own, drive and work on, than sitting in a savings account making sweet FA in interest and helping to line the pockets of some banker.
need4speed
I had a choice. A route canal and implant or an Ashcroft locker. It was obviously a complete no brainer! Lol

Tanuki
In my case it's because a 90TD5 CSW can handle half-a-ton of logs and still have space for a couple of dogs, tow a 3.5Ton laden flatbed across Europe at 80+ MPH, and - when jetwashed - take me to my local MP's houseparty and arrive with a significant degree of 'old money, doesnt need to try too hard' presence.
Ratty43
In my case it's because a 90TD5 CSW can handle half-a-ton of logs and still have space for a couple of dogs, tow a 3.5Ton laden flatbed across Europe at 80+ MPH, and - when jetwashed - take me to my local MP's houseparty and arrive with a significant degree of 'old money, doesnt need to try too hard' presence. That hits the nail on head for me. I can't think of another vehicle that I can drive to meetings wearing a suit. Then to a building site for a progress report Then load a muddy collie in after a walk. Then load with wet logs.... The 90 beats everything else I've ever owned and best of all it makes me smile when I walk up to it.
