  16. v8bobber, what size tyres do you run? i trial with midwales & PMS & have used a 80" 4.2v8 on 35's & a 100" 200tdi on 750s & i would say that both of them have the gearing about right for the tyre size, if anything sometimes i find the tdi on 750's too low geared & have to go a gear higher than normal, saying that it may be because im sued to running a 90 on 35's, are you finding it too high geared on climbs or decents?
  17. i believe there may be a whitbread presence @ the 2 dayer should even have 24v setup done
  18. im assuming you have seen the rest of it but if not, it has this attatched to the top of it, in the with it just as a bare chassis it is all tacked together with cross tubes in place to keep the spacing correct etc whilst we put the space frame on top,the winch trays & A frame crossmember all become a structural part of the frame as much as the rest of it,
  19. some really good pics there, credit to the camera chap
  20. ive got 2 of the £20 ones, built my tube chassis with it & it was easier & more acurate than using anything else, wouldnt be without one now
  21. planning on being there armed with a camera, wont be competing unfotunatly
