  1. Interesting...... I have 3 clutches that could very well benefit from this idea..... Please, keep us posted
  2. Hard work to get a very useful work space ! Looking forward to the invite..
  3. What i should have said - rearing back - is that is will fit inside the tunnel. Obviously, fitting to engine requires bits & pieces as you have a clutch (instead of a torque converter) and all that. Question is : why change ?
  4. Goedemiddag, Yes, it should fit. Apart from an extra pedal and obvious alterations to the tunnel. However, it will take some serious efforts to make the ECU's work with it
  5. Thank you ! Next trip to Holland is with a 6 mtr. trailer...... We'll keep in touch !
  6. Nice - some good progress. Really. Love that workshop..
  7. Flush mount...... ahhh.... the joy of a foreign language.. Thank you !
  8. Could somebody identify that recessed worklight please ? Very neat - but I can't find them...
  9. Good Question actually. I'm to rebuild a Ninety this year and intent to sell it. Prices seem high - but do they actually make it....
  10. Enjoy !! ....and they grow when they sleep, so you'd better be careful
  11. Welcome to the Madhouse. Use a small ratchet straps and strap it tight against the frames. Not ideal when having passengers.. This is how we have the High-Lifts on our vehicles
  12. In general, 20 Ft. Boxcontainers are anything between 2.080 and 2.570 kgs. depending on condition, repairs etc. Most are 2.50 mtrs. wide His lack of speed will have triggers the people in blue to go and have a look. Once there, they may have found a few issues like mirrors etc. too long overhang relativ to the axles etc. Also, not all 3-axles trailers are 3.5 tonnes. Nor are all 90's rated to tow 3.5 tonnes. But as usual with media, most info is missing...
  13. Totally up to you We have taken both Series & "Defenders" to most places you mention and waay beyond with totally standard drive trains. Just rebuild the TB with quality parts. You're Greenlaning / Overlanding - not having a go at a P&P site. Have Fun.
  14. No words.... Just : beautiful ! Thank You - please keep them coming.
  15. Interesting...... However, from what I read it is Defender only ? It takes it's data from the OBD if I understand corectly ? Could also be interesting for the D2. Esp. is you could include 2 52 mm. holes on either side for some analogue gauges.
  16. Are you getting fluid from the Master Cylinder ? Are you getting fluid pass the flexible bit ? Are you getting fluid before the damper ? You really need to start at the beginning and assume nothing..
  17. LPG is getting more and more difficult to get off motorway. Also, please note that UK may have a max. capacity regarding the LPG carried in the vehicle. France limits it to 124 ltrs. gross
  18. 109" can take a twin-tank (84 ltrs. gross) between the chassis rails where your fuel tank is. Gives about 350 kms. range in real live. Before spending any money, make sure your insurance company accepts your installation and, if they require an installers compliance cert. you can actually get it. And before you ask, yes I have driven more miles on LPG than most. The last V8 did a million kms. on LPG without any problems. Vehicle was a RRC with 2 seats and 490 ltrs. nett of LPG in 4 tanks. Holland <=> Home in France (2300 kms.) without refuelling.... These days, LPG is almost gone on the Continent.. France loves Ethanol at the moment.
