  1. "I still miss Landrover addicts." Yes......
  2. Another old name gone. I have 100's of LR magazine to go into a custom cabinet in the new office one day.. However, they killed our Addicts forum and the last few years were not really the best of the magazine. Interesting to see if the French edition is also gone. There is a market for a quality LR related magazine - but quality is the word. Sad day for those making (part of) a living from it.
  3. Hi there, Welcome to the Madhouse. Some pictures would be very nice !! I can only supply you with the SWB set up and I seem to recall that LWB's are a bit different. Are the springhangers in the original position ?

Welcome to the Madhouse ! FL are quite nice vehicles.
  5. Nice ! MAER has started doing off road stuff for the MB van Including bottom plates and a winch mount
  6. Handheld is in the end also just a switch so wiring is not too difficult. However, what you need to consider is priority.. Master - slave If you have 2 controls for the winch this could potentially lead to both being operated at the same time. Otherwise you could end up with a serious problem.
  7. Very interesting ! You, Sir, have serious b.ll. to take those boxes on...
  8. Too bad... Friend just received several 2.5 N/A ones....
  9. Are 2.5 N/A injectors and 200 Tdi injectors swoppable ?
  10. Good to hear it is solved. Any pics of this Barn Find ?
  11. Interesting tread this.. IF you consider taking this trailer over to the Continent at any time, please note that for single axle trailers, even foreign plated, the max weight is between 1270 - 1750 kgs. And esp. the FR love putting people on a weighbridge (Peages have them everywhere..) when they have a feeling about being over the max. axle weight. I seriously suggest you look into 4 wheels for the project.
  12. I gave up on the vehicle due to the sales & service here in France. Good luck everybody with the new vehicle.
  13. I have one of those Artics Designed & build by Scottish Aviation for use behind the 109" Pick Up.
  14. Although I have driven quite a few miles in D3 & D4 I will not buy one. I have a OneTen that does most things but in the end it is a "basic" vehicle. A D2 has arrived here and will need serious work before it goes on the road but doable. Does most things the OneTen does but in greater comfort and still sort of DIY friendly. Obviously, there are a lot of D3 & D$ people that will claim otherwise but for me they're a generation too far.
