B reg 90
I'm going to revise my previous entry and add: In the UK: My dad's Fordson Major tractor (learnt to drive in it) - restored 101 LR with V8 intact. Winch and GS canvas top. A steam traction engine - the bigger the better. A orignal spec V8 90 truck cab from the late 80's. Needs period off roading features - 8274 on front and 7.50 firestone SAT's. My 1949 series one - restored instead of being in boxes spread between sheds/garages over 280 miles . A discovery that mixes - Disco 2 body (less rot), disco 1 chassis (no rot), a BMW M57 6 cylinder 3.0 liter engine, decent gearbox and loacking/uprated axles. No fancy electronics. In USA: An ultra 4 racer. Would need to be a two seater so Paul and I could do KOH, etc. Some where in the world: A very battered looking 110 with totaly rebuilt mechanical components and simple living in the back so that I could travel the world with out looking like I had £££££. Tools: CNC milling machine, CNC lathe, surface grinder, 'small' horizontal borer, radial drill. Sheet metal working machinery - folder, cropper. O/H'd crane My brothers 30x 45 foot workshop. People: A bloke called Robert Dawson who would happily work away build amazing offroad vehicles with minimal support and has the ability to every thing from weld cast iron, make a cart wheel, fix the unfixable, design suspension and so on.
