Bowie69
They are there, but often not answering phone, think they are scared of it.

Bowie69
There are better suppliers than Paddock, for sure.
steve200TDi
I've always had good service from Paddocks. If you can't find what you want on their website then just search for the part number. Their search function is very good as not everything is listed on the website, so you have to search for it! Steve
Ozzy50
Not intended as a moan ,i have always had good service in the past . Steve ,I didn't know part number and couldn't find it on the website ,I usually order online which is why I wasn't sure I had the right phone number . Thanks for the replies . mike4444244
In my experience they have always been an absolute nightmare to get hold of, but very helpful when you eventually do... I've given up trying to be honest there are plenty of other suppliers who offer a choice of brands rather than the inevitable blue box of miserable frustration! I've had very good service from lr direct recently Mike
mickeyw
I've only ever placed orders with them online, and not had any problems. The odd occasion I've received a voicemail (can't always take calls at work) from Sophie if an item was of stock. When I returned the call I've always got through. Snagger
I have to say Paddock are much better than Craddock, as long as you specify OEM/Gen Parts. I find Craddock overpriced, slow, unhelpful and they frequently tell you something is in stock when it isn't to gain your order, taking weeks to dispatch it only to send the wrong part. That happened every time I used them, so I don't bother anymore. Dunsfold LR are the best mail-order in my experience, and Rimmer Bros are good too.

discomikey
don't get me started on Craddocks! No issues with Paddocks on the other hand, and its close!
DavidW
I find Paddocks pretty good most of time apart from when occasionally you do have a problem and they can be a bit difficult to get hold of. Whenever this has happened they have always sorted it out eventually.
need4speed
I used to use paddocks and found them ok but then over time I felt they were getting a little more unreliable. I switched to LR Series and Britcar and they have both been fantastic. In fact 1 time with Britcar I ordered a part about 4pm and it was on my doorstep 9am following morning! Mo Murphy
A bit of an up for Paddocks from me, they couldn't get the Bearmach water hose that I wanted from Bearmach, so they got me a genuine one at no extra cost. ? Mo
dangerous doug
They are scared of answering the phone incase you have a go at them about late or wrong orders, I'm sure they have blocked my number
DavidW
I've been trying to do contact them for weeks about a return. Very poor.
Kevm
I have tried phoning them this week as well, I was #1 in the queue waited ages and gave up tried later and was #4 so gave up straight away. They definately need to take on extra staff to answer phones. Overall fairly happy with them just wish they would put a bit more detail on the website so you knew if you were getting blue box stuff. DavidW
I've spent a lot there while rebuilding my 90 and generally prices and delivery and great. It's just when you have a problem or need a return a part it all goes wrong.
Peaklander
They have an office crammed with people taking phone calls and handling the web orders. When I last got ti look in there were probably a dozen. It's not normally possible nowadays as they moved the service desk and covered their yard. I find a combo of their site and lrseries can handle most part lookups and it's very clear which brands they are offering. They can have big queues at the counter too, even with two serving. This is mainly when people don't know what they want. Then they switch on their excellent parts knowledge in order to help. Several years ago I made a formal proposal to them to help with their warehousing / picking organisation. Didn't take it though!?
Daan
I just order through their web shop these days. Daan
