CwazyWabbit
The cruising mpg is better than I expected Come to think of it all the mpg's are better than I expected considering it's a race motor! Although 12 gallons in 68 miles does smart a bit!

FridgeFreezer
The datalog from the ECU would show it accurately enough, or you could use the GPS-Dyno. A bit of maths you can even work out the BHP, although I realise there's objections to that on the grounds of BHP numbers not being proportional to actual usefulness. Bowie69
And with MS2 you could get real time fuel consumption figures as well
FridgeFreezer
And with MS2 you could get real time fuel consumption figures as well You can do that with MS1, I believe it's just down to having a wideband O2 sensor plus some maths in a MegaTune gauge. Bowie69
You are indeed right: http://www.msextra.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=101&t=30853 http://ecomodder.com/forum/showthread.php/how-get-instant-fuel-consumption-megasquirt-5474.html I think with MS2 and a speed input it would be much better, as the above only works in 5th gear. A cool, and probably easy one to have would be fuel flow (in gallons/min in Nige's case), so you can see just how much money you are burning
