mad_pete
looks like he specified a suspension lift in cm and they did it in inches............. that and he mentioned a 90's disco and they thought he meant add the lights from a 90's disco
gibbon
The world would be a boring place if we all had the same vehicles!!!
mad_pete
"Modified Discovery for bogging" - does he mean "mind boggling" ?
reggie
First thought when I seen it was "WOW............................What an ugly looking beast that is!" WHY, WHY, WHY have they done this? I bet the neighbours overlooking that parking spot, are all sitting there watching the auction on ebay hoping & praying some fool will buy it, so they don't have to look at that eyesore any longer. If I had that on my drive in my village, pretty sure the villagers would lynch me or burn me at the stake!
disco_al
2nd time i've had a look at the, um, "interesting" creation in the link - and it still doesn't look any better. makes me think the top gear boys have been playing again......... africanpete
Fook me, I've burnt some money in my time but this is just another level of crazy, and dog ugly too. Probably would of looked OK...ish if it was done properly and with some taste, oh who am I kidding, it looks carp, only monster trucks look good lifted like that Owner - Green laning anyone? Everyone else - Err sorry can't make it, broken diff, cat died, tree fell on the house etc. etc.
Les Henson
I can't quite see how it's been modified for bogging - it has pretty-much the same ground clearance as the Rangy it's parked next to. Ugly, disgusting wreck he's turned it into. Crush it - preferably with him still in it. Les.

Retroanaconda
Reminds me of a certain 4x4 breaker that show themselves at the shows regularly. Well maybe not quite that bad
missingsid
As it will sell very cheaply it could be worth the parts but with issues. 1. Owner can't be trusted to have maintained it. 2. New buyer too embarrassed to collect it.
fozsug
9 biders already with 6 days to go.........are they mad!!!
RobotMan
Reminds me of a certain 4x4 breaker that show themselves at the shows regularly. Well maybe not quite that bad That one is very good. Well, for what it is meant for anyway. It's a promotional tool and draws interest at shows and keeps people talking about them. Off road? Bloody useless of course! The above abomination, I wonder what he plans to build to replace it? He's 'done' bogger. Rock Crawler next perhaps or maybe six wheeler? Now that I would love to see, but from a very safe distance of course!
PaulMc
Perhaps he was inspired by the Sea Tractor at Salcombe - .
