heath robinson
I like the "6x6".... But actually 6x4 This, alternatively, has little or no chequer plate, and doesn't look too bad... heath robinson
Dermal dentricles... Not that sharks are vicious, but their skin's made of tiny teeth! Don't think chequer plate has quite the same effect. There's another one on there somewhere, a 110 where it's the top half that's covered in chequer plate. You could get the both, and make a hybrid defender/disco that's 100% chequer plate... And 100% taste-free.

I would be embarrassed at putting something like that for sale and even on Ebay!!! I shudder to think what type of people are dumb enough to advertise let alone buy squashed oil pipes and bent doors, ridiculous!!!!
Aragorn
I can sort of see the point in the bent pipes or doors if they were 99p start, someone might be able to use the pipe end fittings, or use the door frames as repair sections to repair an existing set. But the asking prices listed were just bonkers!

I can sort of understand your points there especially for the pipe fittings, but come on, these are the types of things you share with your mates on a forum or when you have a spanner weekend, not published on ebay surely? Or am I losing touch with reality?

dantastic
A mate of mine never throws away a thing without trying to sell it on ebay first. You know what, most carp actually sells. If someone is prepared to buy it then who am I to complain really. I wouldn't but that is my choice. We're all having a good laugh but it's really at the expense of any eventual buyer, not the sellers if they actually manage to sell....
